We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Careers Practitioner to join the MYPATH team in a freelance capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in making confident, informed decisions about their futures. You'll work directly with students across a range of settings, delivering one-to-one guidance, supporting work-related learning activities, and helping schools and colleges embed high-quality careers education in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.

 

You’ll be part of a growing, mission-driven organisation committed to making meaningful impact in the careers education space.You will be working in one school in Northamptonshire, with students in years 10, 11, 12 and 13. If you’re someone who builds strong rapport with learners, adapts easily to different environments, and believes in the power of great careers guidance, we’d love to hear from you.
